13 Habaneros Sausage
Ground in-house with fresh pork butt, spices, and hung in our smoker for 5 hours.

Large poblano pepper stuffed with beef brisket, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese, wrapped in strips of bacon.
Baby Back Pork Ribs
Smoked for 7 hours with our special pork dry rub – tender and tasty with a little zing. Drizzled with honey.
Pulled Pork
Smoked for 12 hours, this pork pulls itself apart.
Turkey
Injected with a solution of olive oil and maple syrup and slow-smoked for 6 hours. Dark meat is smoked an additional 2 hours.
