About us

Vocational Rehabilitation

We empower and employ current and past residents of the Rescue Mission of El Paso as well as other local shelters. We strive to provide a safe and encouraging work environment for those trying to get back up on their feet and those pursuing a sober life!

Seasoned Live Oak Wood

We travel over 400 miles deep into the heart of Texas to get the best quality wood for our smoker and meats. Once you taste the flavor in our smoked meats, you'll understand why we travel so far!

Smoked to Perfection

We start our fires at 4am and keep them going until your meat reaches the perfect temperature over our seasoned live oak wood. Texas BBQ is an art form and every slice of our smoked meats are a masterpiece!
